What’s the difference between a photo album and a photo book?
The photo album has printed photos mounted into the album whereas the photo book has the photos printed directly on to the pages. Find out more about albums and photo books.
Does the CD of images include fully edited copies of all of our wedding photos, or just a select few?
The CD disc of images will include fully edited, high quality copies of all of your wedding photos.
What’s included in your wedding photography service?
Before the wedding…
A&G Wedding Photography will meet you in advance of the wedding and discuss your requirements in detail. In addition, the photographer will visit your wedding and/or reception venue(s) prior to the big day for planning purposes.
On the wedding day…
On the day A&G Wedding Photography will photograph all the main events of your wedding day from the bride/groom getting ready, through to the first dance so all the main events – like the cutting of the cake, the speeches and so on – are photographed.
All of our packages have no time restriction, because our aim is for you to enjoy your day and not have to worry about how much photography time remains. Our service ends when you finish your first dance whether that’s early or late evening.
After the wedding…
• Printed proof book of all your images
• Disc of high quality images of all the photos from your big day for you to reproduce as you see fit
• Password protected online gallery so that friends and family can view and purchase prints
• Custom thank you cards, with your favourite photo from the day on the front
What are the optional extras?
Albums and Photo books
The perfect way to complement your wedding photos. Extremely high quality, hand crafted wedding albums. All albums and wedding photo books come in a variety of sizes and finishes so you could, for instance, go for a main album plus a couple of smaller copies for parents. Canvases and Enlarged Prints
Brilliant as anniversary gifts or as a thank you present for parents who have hosted the big day, canvases and enlarged prints are a superb way of displaying your very favourite wedding photographs.
Can I buy an album or photo book after my wedding if I go for the photography-only package?
Yes, A&G Wedding Photography can provide you with an album or photo book at any time.
Is A&G Wedding Photography insured?
Yes, A&G Wedding Photography is fully insured.
What happens if the weather’s appalling on my wedding day?
Your wedding photographer will work closely with you before the wedding plan to put in place contingency plans so that in the event it rains, snows or is windy, it’s still possible to have good photos from your wedding day.
What happens if the photographer is ill on my wedding day?
A&G Wedding Photography will make every conceivable effort to provide a replacement photographer but in the event that this is not possible, you will receive a full refund of your booking, including the deposit.
How long after the wedding can I expect to be able to view my photos?
A&G Wedding Photography aims to have your photos uploaded to an online gallery within two weeks, which is the normal length of a honeymoon so most couples enjoy viewing them on their return from honeymoon.
Do I get to see a proof of my album/photo book?
Yes. Working closely with you, A&G Wedding Photography will create a design based on your photo selections and then you will get to see a proof of it. Once you’re happy to go ahead, then the album will be sent to production.
How long after the wedding can I expect to receive my album/photo book?
This depends on how long it takes you to select the photos to go in your album and also to approve your album layout/design. Time also needs to be allowed from production and delivery, which depends on the type of photo book or album you choose.
Do you back up my wedding photos?
Yes, A&G Wedding Photography carries out on-site back-ups on your wedding day.
Do we need to supply the photographer with a meal or refreshments?
No, the photographer will bring their own food and refreshments.
Does A&G specialise in wedding photography?
Yes. A&G also provides other family photography and portraiture photography services including baby & bump photography, christening photography and pet photography.
